Maybe so. Maybe what they're doing wrong is assuming that IP is in
any way legitimate and that they should "compete" with the proprietary
conent model in a legal framework defined by the latter. Maybe their
first priority should be to make it cheap, easy, user-friendly and as
low-risk as possible to pirate and distribute proprietary content, and
design a reader that makes it easy to access such content at a low
price.
