Very true and little known...also something of an issue in the larger
Caribbean...especially Cuba.

The case of French culpability is being made in several good blogs right
now.  I think the case of the world beginning to deal with its colonialism
crimes is starting in earnest.  I hope all the guilty parties act to make
reparations.

In my opinion, the Red Cross is doing the best job of immediate relief.
Architecture for Humanity is doing the best macro-planning.
