Dear all,

I'm creating a page http://p2pfoundation.net/Commons_Debate_in_Dakar to keep
the more elaborated responses such as that of Brigitte,

but feel free to post others if you feel they should be on to,

the page would benefit from some intro paragraph, so thanks for resending
the contextual info on this debate, so outsiders can know what it is about,

I will respond later,

Hilary, see the link, you may want to pitch in on the welfare state question
