I must confess that Alan Toner's critique resonates for me.  I am pretty
certain I will never contribute to a regime of scholarship and enquiry that
discriminates among classes of people.

though I do not like the 'name' and have objections for work that needs
really broad distribution, I think the notion that only other peer producers
