Michel, a recommendation:

Come up with a minimal plan.

1. Export bookmarks out of delicious:
https://secure.delicious.com/settings/bookmarks/export

2. Take some time from a P2P Foundation perspective to evaluate the
choices available

Scuttle has been around for a while, but I honestly do not know of
many groups actually *using* it. (feel free someone to show me
otherwise here).

We've been doing a kind of private bookmark/research/blog at
http://holocene.cc/culturing Meanwhile, we're also building an open
source application that Paul has discussed with you recently. We'll
talk with you more about it when it's ready.

Personally, I am switching to Diigo while we create our own way of
doing this (we happened to have been working on this for over a year
already!)
