As far as I'm concerned, this clinches it.  Not even the merest whiff
of an inkling that this might be a situation where basic courtesy
called for an apology for the inconvenience.

I'm on board with the list migration.

We suspended the lists after we informed our client about that, it's
not our task to inform further list owners/administrators, as we can
not see which lists was the cause we had to suspend them all. Normally
we only take drastic measures if the server stability is at risk
crashing.

We cannot promise it won't happen again because if new spam is been
sent then we will take appropriate action.
