[p2p-research] Is the list working again?

Dear friends,

Kevin may craft an extra statement as our listmaster, but as you know the
list was out,

here is the initial account of the incident:

though the account is now restored, throughout the process the hosting
company was very insensitive and inflexible regarding our communication
rights,  so we initiated a dialogue about changing to a new service,

we are deciding on a symbolic date to do this, probably January 1, 2011,
