[p2p-research] update on Paypal 'spam'

Dear friends,

apparently, some action by Paypal triggered the cancellation message of a 3
and 4 -year old fundraising message, that you may not have previously
responded to,

I have not been able to access my paypal account since 2008, because of
demands by Paypal Belgium for tax and other finance information I can't
provide from my base in Thailand,

I think, and hope, this is just one cancellation message, so sorry for the
incovenience,
