Hi All,

In case you haven't heard, OneWebDay happens every 9/22.  It's kinda like
Earth Day for the Internet.  This year's theme is Access for All, which is
appropriate for these lists since so many of our projects depend on access
to the web.

OWD was born in the U.S., but it's starting to reach other countries.  See
