Sam, this is certainly a great lead, and this should indeed be our own p2p-f
proposal!!

does it exist,

if not, can we/you develop it,

if yes, then that would seem like a great contribution to their research
projects ...

could we call it:

- Developing Participatory Research Frameworks for Public Sector Assissment

once we develop the model, we include a live assessment, for example in
Brest,
