EXPERIMENTING WITH CREATIVE COMMONS

Some of our books are under a Creative Commons license which allows
people to remix our books, come up with their own stories and share
them. We also released the illustrations of these books under a CC
license and hope that it will be of use to everyone (especially
teachers).

The CC license of these books allow them to be adapted to different
formats and used in different ways. So, if you come across a remote
school in Nepal and see our books being read by some kid on an OLPC
laptop, it all happened because of the CC license. You can see some

Our CC books are available on Bookshare – a site that is making books
more accessible for people with disabilities.
