They have no actual code, nor working spec to validate against, nor
anything else that I can find and use to build towards today.

Although, there are some XML examples in the PDF file.

This was one of the subjects of the upcoming media ecologies workshop
(open money systems, etc) I know that Nathan has expressed interest.
I'd like to work with the metacurrency folks if I can, but if they are
making a dense, constrained design, we might just go ahead and make
our own, or make something that can work with their spec, but itself
is simpler to implement.
