[p2p-research] New website about active citizenship and other issues more or less close to P2P

This looks a lot like a mobile phone-sort of initiative. M-learning is
something I follow. It hasn't made much progress, but your initiative seems
very suited to useful deployment on cell phones in Africa, the Caribbean,
etc. Here in the Cayman Islands we have only about 20% of houses with
access to a computer. Everyone (everyone over 14) has a cell phone. I've
often contemplated what to "tell" them in 400-500 words a day. Most don't
read the papers or the Internet. Well over 75% of the world has yet to read
their first bit of Internet news.
