writes like the Mechanical Engineer he is - but wow(!) the ideas in this 
book are worth all the trouble. I highly recommend it for anyone interested 
in understanding the underlying reasons for dysfunction at work, especially

What's interesting about this book from a P2P perspective is that P2P cuts 
through all this organizational red tape (while maybe creating some of its 
own, of course). I'd be curious how this book, written in 1988 from a 
somewhat cybernetic perspective, could be compared/contrasted with p2p 
organizational forms (like the recent Wikipedia discussions).

Note: this book's title is somewhat cynical; this is a very different 
approach than Bob Black's or Charles Fourier's approach to make work into 
fun. This book is more about how to have fun despite work by better 
understanding the system.
