[p2p-research] is open source design inferior

As you know, I am no enemy of private enterprise nor even profit.  The
availability of a market allows for lots of solutions to co-exist.  But I
think the idea of not-for-profit foundation...not unlike the one you have
founded, allows for governance, planning and openness with very good
competitive strengths.  I think the idea that some centralized decision
making and planning occurs isn't a bad thing.

I suppose my own naive hope is that civil society always comes on strong.
