It was both a joke and critique of the whole thing, and of all of us.
The frustration with differences in the absolutely obvious.  Stefan
makes assumptions about what money is and how it works, but so does
everyone else.  It's hard to dissect.  The different Marxist flavors
certainly keep me on my toes.

However, I was also thinking he had never replied to my reply to the
original apples and moonfruits discussion.  I figured he was just
tired of the thread.  Well, the joke is one me: he never got it.  I
didn't cross-post my reply (because I strongly dislike doing so), and
he wasn't on the CC list, and he must not be on the p2p research list.

I have a lot of trouble keeping up with the lists, so I can sympathize
with Stefan wanting to try to focus his own list, although I also
sympathize with frustration at his rather pointed terminology.
