Re: #1, I made the first highly popular observation linking "Web 3.0"
as a coinage and the "semantic web" and that was a full year before
Spivak got on the "Web 3.0 is Semantic Web" bandwagon,

but I guess credit goes to the author with the most brand name
recognition, and VC funded PR agencies certainly help...

FUnny enough the article where I made the connection was #1 on Twine
just recently, which I believe is owned and operated by Spivack's VC
funded venture Radar Networks.
