The UK government is pushing for the learning revolution so I can see where
much of related discussions  is central

however in the practice, its still bucket passing, incompetence,
disconnectedness, and nothing happening really, you name it

people should be involved in monitoring  the performance of such great
sounding programmes
as much of what they say the do only happens on paper, and at the receiving
end
absolutely nothing changes
