There is a note in this video (which has received ~ 10,000 hits) about how
when bankers profit they divide it among themselves and when they lose they
charge the loss to the bank. That's exactly  the useful summary, and our
President has just paid the bankers for their loss because they control the
monetary system that keeps everything going, including the US military and
the US as a whole, including the President and everyone in government and
every single person living in this country (unless you're completely outside
the monetary system)
