Tino and Eric Hunting have produced a remarkable document and visualization
of a proposed p2p architecture for the Abruzzo disaster area,
I'm not forwarding the pdf due to the settings of the mailing list, but
contact the authors in case of interest,
It is still in draft stage but it is perhaps the first time that our 'p2p
community' produced something on that concrete level, so I feel it is a very
significant milestone,
Michel
