Hi Michel, as you know my own arguments are based on modes of
production, I see money as being a secondary consideration.
However, you seem to be on the right track above, the issue is not so
much supply, but access. There may be plenty of supply, however it is
very concentrated and therefore unavailable when and where is needed.
Meaning that possesion of money allows you to capture value, since
merely possessing money is not a contribution to production, value
captured by money must be theft. "Neutral" money would not
capure value.
