I came across this 2004 Documentary by BBC 4 called Relational Art is

The presenter interviews artists whos work was chosen as examples of
this art by critic Nicolas Bourriaud in his book Relational
Aesthetics.
Relational Art refers to art practices that require some level of
public particpation for the work to be complete, some relational art
also explores social relations.
This documentary serves as a quicky 30 min intro to what has been a
popular idea in contemporary art discourse.
