En echo avec l'étude de Marsouin [1] publié il y a peu sur la liste, voici
une nouvelle étude consacrée au P2P, ses pratiques et ses effets de bord:
"Selon une étude commandé par le gouvernement des Pays-Bas, les effets du
partage de fichiers et du téléchargement gratuit seraient globalement
positifs pour la société néerlandaise."
