Dear Collin,

Thanks for contacting me, though I'm not sure if we can help.

I can't directly recall any people I know that live in this area, but that
may be because I do not pay attention to the locality.

Here's a few things we can try out:

- you publish an appeal, perhaps explaining a little more what you want to
achieve through these contacts, at our p2p community at Ning, at
http://p2pfoundation.ning.com/

- you do the same via facebook, and I can share and distribute it to all our
US friends

- I can only publish something on our money pages in the wiki,

Here already I copied our research and internal mailing list, and we'll see
what comes out of it,
