The model for P2P Energy
Economy<http://p2pfoundation.net/P2P_Energy_Economy>has been frozen as
of Release 1.94.0

What this means is that no more changes will be made except for fixing
"typos" in the text, where a typo is limited to only spelling errors and
math errors (only ones due to typos.)

This will allow us to develop the use cases on the P2P Energy Economy wiki
(on Google Groups) and then port them over to the model's description after
the freeze.

I will send another "Unfreeze" message after we have furnished all the use
cases so that model development can continue while software development can
proceed from the use cases.
