[p2p-research] EU funding for partner state research?

Hi All

I spoke to Phoebe and the subject suits her better, I think she should
coordinate the FP7 proposal. She said to me she will be doing wiki with Adam
and Michel to start work on it. I can contribute from here when and if
necessary.
