[p2p-research] EU Funding Opportunity and Open RFPs

I know that Paul and myself are interested in putting our shoulders
into work like this, too. We're not strategically located to head up
European projects, but we are interested in participation in projects
that need developers, online infrastructure, or special custom
functionality, networked devices, mobile devices, food or fuel/energy
and materials production, social publishing applications, and network
analysis/simulation
