[p2p-research] EU funding for partner state research?

Dear Athina,

we have a confirmation of interest by Adam for this FP 7 project.

I think there is enough interest in open and participatory government, to
think about a project.

If so, and given the remit of VIRTEC, could Hull help coordinate such a
proposal?
