I would be very interested in advancing research into policies which can
advance social innovation and peer production, and what I've called the
partner state approach,
the following info could result in a joint project perhaps,
see:
EU project (Euro 2,700,000) whose call title is SSH.2010.1.3.1 on "The
public sector of the future" which may interest heterodox economists.
