[p2p-research] A p2p-friendly CNN

Dear Scott,

I'm copying the p2p research list, as perhaps someone here would like to
report on your initiative.

I'm not the good person to do that, since I'm am 'viscerally' opposed to
libertarianism, which I see as the political tendency that wants big
corporations to prey on the rest of us; I only make an exception for the
left libertarian mutualist tendency, represented by Kevin Carson, who is
also on our list.

So for me, a true 'p2p' CNN could resemble more the old Dutch system, where
different identities could congregate/agregate, and get screentime
accourding to their support (expressed as small-fee paying members) in a
environment of acknowledged pluralism. Also, rather than people choosing
which news they want to watch, 'true p2p' would be more also about allowing
broad swats of people to produce their own programs, with CNN as a primus
inter pares curator.
