Hi Michel:
Just found time to read through the strategy piece you sent below. I'm not
sure why I am so glad I spent time with it, but I do believe it taught me
many things about strategic processes and certainly increased my semantic
net on the topic. It feels like a part of a larger book about strategic
planning or a seminar, etc. In other words, it feels like a fragment. But
it is a very well done and interesting fragment...more than a blog
piece...less than a "paper" but I'd say better and more pragmatic and
studded with usefulness than most "papers."
