This is a good example, because you can't actually trust doctors nor the
mainstream medical system without a much stronger 'p2p' component.

- the medical system is beholden to prive for-profit interests that for
example result in an enormous amount of false research, in oversubscribing
detrimental medicines etc..

- communities of patients learn a lot from each other and create their own
knowledge base, such as the AIDS communities have done ...
