I won't be going, as the date of the invitation coincides with a lecture in
Kerala ... haven't mastered bi-location yet ...

however, I will send in a video presentation on the heinz dieterich press
conference on october 8 ...

I would love actually to work there as a researcher of the
venezuelan/bolivian/ecuadorian change policies ...
