Michel,

Here at NSP, we want to help our members connect with friends and other
members online and help us grow our membership. We have started several
projects which can help us expand our presence on the internet and allow us
to connect with each other more easily. We call this our "NetRoots"
campaign, and it is part of our outreach that combines our new website,
social groups like Facebook and online tools like forums.

To start this campaign, we need your help. When you sign up to a social
network like Facebook, you are able to join our Facebook group. You will
also find friends you already know on Facebook and can suggest they discover
NSP through our Facebook group. As our Facebook group grows, more friends
and acquaintances discover it and this adds to our growth. We are asking
that you begin this process now.

As part of our NetRoots campaign, we are asking you to join our Facebook
Group (http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=4770638813). If you are not
already a member of Facebook, you will need to sign up. Use the directions
below to sign up and join our social network at Facebook.

Once you have joined, connect with people you know and ask them to join.
Tell them about our newly updated site (http://www.spiritualprogressives.org)
and ask them to get involved. Together we can expand our presence on the web
and help all Spiritual Progressives connect!

Directions on how to sign up to the Network of Spiritual Progressives
Facebook group:

   - Go to http://www.facebook.com, You can also go directly to our group
   using this link: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=4770638813
   - Sign up if you are not yet a member or login if you are already a
   member
   - At the top right you will see a Search box, enter "Network of Spiritual
   Progressives" and click the button.
   - It will return a listing of groups, click on Network of Spiritual
Progressives. Click on the "Join this Group" link.
   - Congratulations! You are now a member of the NSP Facebook group.

Once you are a member, click on the "Invite People to Join" link. This will
allow you to send messages to friends in your network to join our group. YOu
can also post to the discussion board, and write on our wall. Every bit
helps in spreading the word.

thanks,

David Triebwasser
