The May issue of the OSBR is now available at the OSBR website
(http://www.osbr.ca/ojs/index.php/osbr/issue/current). The editorial theme
for May is "Enterprise Readiness" and this issue features:

Bernard Golden from Navica introduces a methodology for assessing the
maturity of open source products.

Raphaël Semeteys from Atos Origin's French Open Source Skill Center walks
through the QSOS methodology.

Bruno von Rotz from Optaros describes the Enterprise Open Source Directory.

Paul Young from Product Beautiful provides an example that highlights the
importance of open source product managers.

This issue also features three conference reports: two from the Technology
Innovation Management (TIM) Lecture Series and one from the Partnership
Conference Series. Topics addressed in these reports include wireless sensor
networks, security and privacy in a connected world, and surviving as an
entrepreneur. The Recent Reports section includes CAOS Research's report on
open source in the enterprise database market, a report from the fourth
conference on open source systems regarding the total growth of open source,
and Coverity's 2008 open source report detailing trends observed from their
scans of open source projects.

Next month's editorial theme is "Security"--contact the Editor if you are
interested in a submission.

As always, we look forward to your feedback.

Cheers,

Dru Lavigne
Editor, OSBR
