Hello,

The July issue of the Open Source Business Resource is now available in PDF
and HTML formats from http://www.osbr.ca. New this month: ogg files for the
TIM Lecture series presentations.

The theme this month is Accessibility and the authors include:

Pierre-Paul Lemyre from the University of Montreal introduces the need for
a global licensing repository to manage access to shared content.

Marco Zehe from the Mozilla Accessibility Project provides an overview of
the current state of software accessibility.

Andrew Back from Osmosoft proposes the business value of maintaining
policies and processes governing the use of open source.

Key messages from recent lectures by Michael Weiss from Carleton University
on mashup ecosystems and Mahshad Koohgoli from Protecode on software record
keeping.

Glenn McKnight, an open source consultant, discusses the business value in
maintaining an accessible website.

Thanks for the continuing interest in our work,

Dru Lavigne
