- Coordinating our website maintenance and development projects with our
webmasters

- Us ing our open source collaboration platform to replicate templated
processes (e.g.: processes for setting up a private group wiki page, or a
new group of users)

- Alerting and tutor ing us on software tools that can make our work easier

- Select ing, ordering, and configur ing electronic gadgets, e.g. iPhone,
FlipVideo tripod,

- Keeping office equipment in working conditions and coordinating repair
with vendors, if and when needed

- Working hours: 10 to 20 per week
