[p2p-research] Fwd: voluntary translation communities

We've been working on this at

around 2006

This interface lets you write in one language with a language "tag", then
place checkboxes in the language your want to read, and "switch". A language
switching wiki. It's based on OddMuse, and is a project primarily headed up
by Mattis Manzel, and programmed by me.
