Francis, I'm sending in two posts the complete cellular signalling that you requested. This is the best & most encompassing graphic series that I can come up with. Dynamical data cannot easily be determined so you will have to use fuzzy interactions. Fuzzifying a network is in itself a disgusting task. Are you sure you waqnt to go through this? The cost/benefit is inordinately huge.

EVERY PATHWAY IS COMPROMISED TO SOME EXTENT IN AGEING. However, I'll explain in later posts what I think are the most key pathways and the "funnel points" for attacking ageing.

Bryan, I don't know how interested you might be, but I'm sending pdfs of the entire cellular signalling cascades to a few ppl... in all they'd be, say, 20+meg. It is not easy to understand the literature without understanding the signalling network; and without the diagrams it's hopeless. Should I sent the pdfs to you?

Bryan, As u can see, a small group of us are working on ageing intervention. Doug Treadwell is from DIYbio; I copy stuff to him, because he seems interested. Since the key players (myself included) in this "anti-ageing" group are over 50 it takes on a profound significance for them. But we're no slouches; we all have strong science backgrounds.

If you get anything on ageing breakthroughs in the course of your explorations, could you PLEASE fwd it to me?
