Movies & Extropian Principles

I recently saw the movie Multiplicity and realized that it visually
presented the problem of self-identity in a far easier to understand format
for the layman than written form. We need to get the memes to the masses
and recommended movies to demonstrate principles are the best method to get
a point across in a world of short attention spans. Are there any other
movies you could suggest that contain extropian principles and technologies?

Johnny Mnumonic - Brain Augmentation
Virtuosity - AI, Nanotech
Chain Reaction - Sonoluminescence-induced fusion?
Multiplicity - Self-identity for uploaded clones
