Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. I always pronounce it "Smith" :).
He's written at least one other book (on creativity, I seem to
recall).
I was disappointed with the book--I found it mostly rather plodding
and descriptive--hyperanalytical, perhaps :). YMMV.
