One thing to keep in mind is that it's best to take
DHEA under the toung. The LEF journal says that upto
90% of DHEA can be destroyed by the liver. They
suggest braking open a capsule and holding the
powder under tounge for at least 60 seconds.
Surely a liquid sublingual variety should
available sometime soon, if not now.
