Yes, but this sociality is only expressed during sex! Mind you, that is one
of my favorite ways of socializing, but some might claim this doesn't take
a lot of sentience.:)

Perhaps. There are, it turns out, one social species of octopodes, the red
octopus, Octopus rubescens.
