That's the right way. You are first. You'll get rid of this stupid
science-fiction belief that consumes so much precious life-time. You'll
become a 24/7 worker/husband/father, that works the next thirty years,
raises children and then dies to make room for the next generation. --
What? You don't want to be deprogramed? You want to have your own free
will? Ah, what a stupid anti-social opinion...

As you may see, "let us do something to(!) them" is probably not a good
idea. It often raises great trouble and resistance. "Lets find out what we
can do together" could achieve far more for all.
