Yes, look at all those people buying vitamins without consulting a
doctor. Or the people who sign up for cryonics without the neuroscience
background to evaluate the damage done by freezing or vitrification.
They could be almost as dangerous as people trying to evaluate Galileo's
ideas without the proper theological education needed to understand the
counterarguments.
