Suppose you don't have a broadcaster? Anyway, the whole point of that
thought experiment was to create a situation where there is no longer
anything you can do at the planetary scale. Perhaps, in reality, there is
always something you can do at the planetary scale, if you look hard
enough, but I specifically ruled that out to make a point.
