You can do this today with the Internet. Try to find your perfect
mate by scanning self-described profiles on dating services.
Unfortunately, the quality level (or lack thereof) will probably be
about the same. There is a social resistance to constantly
advertising for a mate, and quality problems with the product
matching the advertising. In this specific example, I don't think
technology is the answer.
