Rick, don't get me started! What I said about Ian Cruikshank was *far* more
restrained than he deserves. Just go and have a conversation with him on
something that you disagree about. I've *never* interacted with someone so
extremely unpleasant. Even his web site partner seems embarrassed by IC's
style of communication.
