This might be the most sensible way forward. I would focus on specific areas
of public finanacing, as a national goal, in areas such as heavy oil
production, coal into gasoline, natural gas into gasoline, and a heavy
national focus in both transportation and small scale use of fuel cells, fuel
cells,fuel cells! Unless hydrogen production by renewable resources appears
technologically, imminent, we produce from fossil fuels like natural gas and
then coal.
