I've discovered from my own research and footwork that the 'underground
base' phenomenon is a disinformation thread by military intelligence to
discredit witnesses to classified programs (as well as/or by opposition
mil-int to con civilians into trying to penetrate classified
installations to test security). Anyone who promulgates it is either a
dupe, or an instigator.
One of the primary instigators of the 'underground base' myth I tracked
to an office of a military contractor/consultant right outside the front
gate of Kirtland AFB.
Makes me wonder about the source of his 'PhD'....
